IGNITING YOUR CREATIVITY
Are you creative? Most people would say no and relegate creativity to certain people. The fact of the matter is that all people are creative and can use this valuable resource in enriching their lives.

Bill Turpie, our host, shows us how we can realize our creative potential through interviewing professionals in the field and sharing techniques to unfold the creative process. One of the first things he does is provide us with a working definition of creativity. For the purpose of this presentation it is defined as a way of looking at different unrelated things and seeing the connections of them.

We are then introduced to Bob Kindler, an artist, who collects things we think of us junk and forms them into collages. He goes in detail on how the creative process works. Another person who taps into his creative source is Jerry Ellis. Ellis is the owner of Building 19 a business which sells salvage items. Jerry shares with you his wild ideas of marketing which made his business into a multi-million dollar enterprise.

The film identifies blocks to creativity, gives us techniques on how to stimulate the creative process and shows us that creativity is a right and left brain source of functioning. Creativity is a natural extension of your life.

I highly recommend this film for training in small and mid-size businesses which are trying to tap into new markets. I've been through many selling courses, but Brian wraps them all into one. The best sales training video ever. A bit old and out-dated, but still relevent for any field. We use this to train all of our sales staff.

Brian Tracy is fantastic and very enlightening!
I originally viewed this tape after renting it from our library from our company. I continue to review this movie almost monthly. Brian Tracy is outstanding in his pereformance in bring the customer and the sales peron together to get the sales closed. He gave me some great new ideas that I use every day and find that his ideas work very well. Positive use in family counselling
I can't say enough for this fine video, Teen Biz. I have used it in my private counseling practice for both single and two parent households. I find it extremely helpful in helping step-parents and step-children, as well as step-siblings to bond. It provides a much needed way for teens to identify and set their own goals, and formulate effective patterns toward meeting them. The follow up help to the video on line and by mail is wonderful! I would recommend the Teen Biz video to anyone seeking to explore independent careers. I especially like the fact that the video explores the What to do aspects of starting a business, as well as the How to. It's entertaining, informative for adults as well as teens.

It really works!
"When I was a kid, I had to walk 50 miles through freezing snow and shovel coal all day, just to make a quarter" This is the kind of line I would hear from my Dad whenever I asked for some weekend spending money. Turn's out I don't have to use them on my son. About a year ago I got him this video and it's been smooth sailing ever since. He recognized the host from T.V. and he was able to follow the easy format to starting a business of his own. He started a business designing Web Sites on his computer and has almost saved enough for a car of his own. Thank you Teenbiz!
