5-0 out of 5 stars A Nurse's Perspective on "Miss Evers' Boys"
From my perspective as a professor of nursing, I would say the movie depicted well ethical issues of the most serious type. In this fact-based story, nurse Eunice Evers (Alfre Woodard) was drawn into the Tuskegee syphilis research study by promises that treatment would be coming, hopefully in six months to a year. Her responsibilities included recruiting African American subjects. They were screened for being syphilis positive and then brought into the research study without full disclosure that no actual effective treatment was being provided. Even when penicillin became available, "Miss Evers' Boys" would not be given the life-saving medicine. Only one of the "Evers'Boys", Caleb Humphries (who was expertly played by Laurence Fishburne) escaped the ravages of progressive syphilis by receiving penicillin immediately upon joining the military during World War II. Miss Evers' was portrayed sympathetically, even as she used all of her cultural skills to do the wrong thing -- recruit and retain subjects in this unethical study spanning 40 years. The HBO movie is excellent for students, nurses, medical researchers, doctors, and the general public interested in ethical issues in medicine.

4-0 out of 5 stars HBO comes through
This is one of the better HBO productions to make it to video. Drama, ethics, and history all combine into an excellent movie with tremendous acting. This is a story that should not be forgotten.

4-0 out of 5 stars A Powerful Story, Well-Told!
It's no secret that Hollywood has backed off of traditional socially conscious dramas. Oh, sure, issues of race and class are often touched on in cinematic releases, but in recent years, it has been pretty much up to cable channels such as HBO and TNT to produce meaty fact-based dramas with socio-political heft. We can only be thankful that someone has picked up the slack and that such work is still being done. "Miss Evers Boys," a dramatization of what has become the now-scandalous Tuskegee Negro Syphilitic Study, is a case in point. It is as powerful an indictment of racism as you are likely to see. It is also a nuanced and complex a statement on same. It is hard to see how any viewer could remain unmoved by this film.

Much of "Miss Evers'" impact stems from Alfre Woodard's astonishing performance as the title character. Had this actually been a theatrical release, she would likely have walked off with an Academy Award. She had to settle for an Emmy, which was certainly well-deserved. I have seen Alfre Woodard in roles in which she did not appear comfortable, but she inhabits the role of Nurse Eunice Evers totally (or perhaps, Eunice Evers inhabits her). Her performance alone would be enough to recommend the film. But it does indeed have much more to offer--including a great supporting cast (including producer-leading man, Laurence Fishburne, Joe Morton and Craig Sheffer), an intelligent and complex script, and capable direction. Thanks be unto the heavens that someone is still producing powerful, fact-based social drama. We need them now more than ever.

5-0 out of 5 stars All I have to say, is WOW.
Ever get into those discussions with folks who say, "No, our government would never do something like that..." ?

This movie is the antidote for those people. Our government has made some tragic mistakes and this movie exposes one of the gravest mistakes our government ever made.

Our family watched this together and we were all incredulous. But it is all true. This movie is based a true incident and amazingly, the whole thing was successfully covered up for 40+ years.

This movie had an curious side effect for me - It inspired me to pray for our country and its leaders. The people involved in this heinous scheme need prayers of forgiveness. Hopefully, this could not happen again.

5-0 out of 5 stars An Imprint in History
I was very upset when I say what the Goverment did to Our people in this movie! Just to show that Blacks and Whites react the same to Syphills! Damn! I was not taught this in school High School! This is a a piece of history that should be taught! ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars One of the Best Horror Movies Ever Made...
This has to be one of the best scary movies they have made. It might not be the very best but of course it is really not the worst. I remember seeing this movie on TV about 5 or 6 years ago and I just bought it. The first story deals with a lady being chased around by a maniac, when she goes out for a pack of cigarettes this story is ***1/2 out of ****. The second story is about a kid that just has to get to level 13 on an arcade game (stars a young Emilio Estevez) this story gets *** out of ****. The third is on of my least favorites about a priest who is being chased by a truck from hell (it really is a truck from hell)this gets ** out of ****. And the last (Night of the Rat) is my favorite. It is about a rat who just wants a simple thing to leave find out what that is after watching "NIGHTMARES" on VHS or DVD! This movies get a **** out of ****

4-0 out of 5 stars Good Rainy-Day Horror Flick
This 1983 Universal romp is a decent (albeit sometimes vapid by today's Generation X horror standards) anthology flick. "Nightmares" explores a heterogenous quartet of "scream themes" from serial killers (Terror in Topenga) to cursed video games (The Bishop of Battle), and from muderous fabled rodents (Night of the Rat) to Satanic wrath (The Benediction). Humble, yet effective performances by Emilio Estevez, Lance Henriksen ("Aliens", the "Milennium" TV series), Richard Masur, and Veronica Cartwright ("Alien", "Invasion of the Body Snatchers-1978"). Estevez's character clings on to the "Brat Pack" image levied onto him during the mid 1980's as a vociferious, hot-headed, adolescent ignoramus whose only purpose in life is to conquer the "challenging" Bishop of Battle arcade number, but at a grisly cost. "Night of the Rat" probably has the best storyline of all the tales about a loving family who becomes beseiged by a monstrous mythological rat living in their home's crawlspaces (the FX in this one are quite cheesy). Joseph Sargent ("Jaws The Revenge") directed and Christopher Crowe ("Jerry MacGuire", "Fast Times at Ridgemont High") scripted. "Nightmares" is good for a slumber party/late-nite flick or for lazy weekends when there's nothing on the tube.

4-0 out of 5 stars Rat as big as Shaq
Finally I found the title of this flick!! I was like, 6 or something when I first watched this, and forgot the name for 20 years until tonight!!!! The movies that stand out is the video game one, the one where the Estevez dude turns to a monochrome dude trapped in the game, and then of course the last one, with the rat, as big as Shaq!!!! Now that is scary!!!!! This is a dandy 80's flick!!!

3-0 out of 5 stars don't lose your faith
Nightmares has 4 vignettes:
1.) a nasty video game that consumes JJ (Emilio Estevez)
2.) a psychopathic killer that almost gets smoker(Christina Raines)
3.) A Satanic black Chevy truck trying to kill a faithless priest
(Lance Henrickson)
and 4.) a dumb story of Giant Rodent ... at a dopey husband
( I forget his name)
an enjoyable movie nontheless

3-0 out of 5 stars decent horror movie...awesome soundtrack
This is a decent anthology film from the early 80's with a great soundtrack. The first story is only decent , not great , but not bad either although the scene where the gas station attendent busted through the chick's window scared me the first time I saw it. The second story is the best one , with Emilio Estevez as a arcade junkie who gets more than he bargains for when he reaches the 13 level. The third story is the worst and a waste of time even though Lance Henrikson is an awesome actor. The fourth is also great about a mythological devil rat harassing a suburban family. That story also featured an hillarious scene where Richard Masur is shooting at the rat and the stereo blast Black Flag's "Louie Louie" (what middle class home would even own a Black Flag album). I wouldnt recommend buying it..but it's a cool movie to rent or watch on late night tv ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars One Of The Best Christmas Presents I Ever Received!
A few years ago one of my sisters pleasantly surprised me with this Tribble video set for a Christmas present and I absolutely loved it and was amazed at how The DS9 actors really looked like they belonged on the classic episode, I also liked the tribble that was included, though I wish it had the option of using a purring sound besides the high pitched noise tribbles make when they see or sense a Klingon and I would like to find a Tribble toy that also makes the nice purring sound besides the high pitched squeak!

5-0 out of 5 stars Good Trek Set
I'm so glad that I got this, it is so cool, the original episode is great and so is the Deep Space Nine one. The tribble is adorable, the sound it makes is a little too loud but it's still an adorable toy. Update 2003: Unfortunately my tribble no longer makes any sound because someone broke it! I will have to try and find a new tribble and if I do find a new one I will have to make sure the person who broke the one from this set doesn't get anywhere near it!

5-0 out of 5 stars Tribble Terrific
This gift set was a surprise for Christmas from my wife. It's a classic Star Trek episode and it's fun to watch the classic episode back to back with the Deep Space Nine "resurrection". If you like Star Trek, you're sure to love this set.

5-0 out of 5 stars Tribble trouble
I a pretty big fan of Star Trek think that this is one of the most valued of all DS9 episodes. You'll wan't to watch it over and over again. But one thing bothers me all klingons used to be are ugly people but now they've improved immensly.

5-0 out of 5 stars Rodger C. Carmel: An under rated talent
For those of you who love the original series; you're in for a treat. Rodger C. Carmel left us too early. His passing in 1986, was not met with much publicity. Harcourt Fenton Mudd would've been ideal for the film series. This "scoundrel" couldn't fool any of his victims for long. Between his android followers and beautiful women; was a rich character that should've had his own series ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Great Drama
I really enjoyed this film because it showed the other side of a holocaust survivor and her family. There aren't many films made about what happened after the war to survivors of the holocaust. This film tells a good story about how a family deals with the issue. Hallmark always makes warm and touching movies that everyone can enjoy.

5-0 out of 5 stars Very emotional & very well acted
Great acting...they didn't seem like actors or actresses because they played their parts so well they seemed to be exactly who they're supposed to be in the movie.

It starts out a little slow, but it gets much better, and really speaks to your heart. I was crying at some sad and emotional places, and others in my family were, too.

2-0 out of 5 stars Is Joseph Sargent jewish?
As much as I admired the work director Joseph Sargent did on The Long Island Incident, there is an essential falseness in this Hallmark television production of Barbara Lebow's Off-Broadway Play A Shayna Maidel. A lot of this can be attributed to Lebow since her play is full of banal life lessons, but Sargent doesn't help by removing the exoticism of the Jewishness of the central characters. It's as if we have to be convinced that Judaism is just a regular religion, even if the language can sound funny and people dress oddly. I suppose this approach is relevant to Lebow's concern of what it means when a Jew assimilates, but it's also awfully disappointing. A tale of escape from the gas chambers, a letter kept despite a stay in a concentration camp, and the psychology of why the title character has a fear of intimacy is Lebow at her weakest. The latter point is particularly hokey, and we laugh thinking lucky for her her boyfriend isn't pushing for sex, though him being a window dresser may have something to do with it. And Ellis Island is presented more like an airport lounge than the sanctuary it is thought of. The best things going here are Amanda Plummer as the sister of "Miss Rose White" Kyra Sedgwick, and Maximillian Schell as Kyra's papa, since both actors bring some much needed messy feelings to the otherwise pristine happenings. Schell is so intense that we actually anticipate a darker family secret than the one revealed. As Sedgwick's spikey boss at Macy's, Penny Fuller also provides some edge, but DB Sweeney, Maureen Stapleton, and Milton Selzer are only there to react. Sedgwick may have the accent right and looks pretty in the period fashions but her overall blandness makes us long for her to lose the assimilation whitebread. Look out for Gina Gershon in a tiny part.

5-0 out of 5 stars A great film
Both Kyra Sedgewick and Amada Plummer deliver Oscar worthy performances. After you have watched the film you will say out loud, "what an incredible movie". It is great for all ages, it is definately worth investing two hours in.

2-0 out of 5 stars Shark Revenge??
Ellen Brody (Lorraine Gary) is convinced that the same kind of shark that attacked her husband and kids in the past is out to finish her family off in this mediocre third sequel to the 1975 Steven Spielberg classic. When he youngest son, now taking over for his father as sheriff of Amity Island, is killed by a shark while investigating wreckage in Amity Harbor on Christmas Eve, Gary escapes with her other son Mike (Lance Guest) for the Bahamas, and meets up with a congenial local airplane pilot (Michael Caine).

But Mr. Whitey isn't through with the Brody family just yet. The result is a series of admittedly scary but otherwise thoroughly pedestrian shock sequences, topped off by flashbacks experienced by Gary to events that she never even witnessed (!!) and a climax that is both totally unbelievable and rather disgusting.

JAWS 4 does boast a good music score by Michael Small, and is directed well enough by Joseph Sargent, a journeyman director who has made at least two great films prior to this--1970's COLOSSUS: THE FORBIN PROJECT, and 1974's THE TAKING OF PELHAM ONE-TWO-THREE. But his cause is hindered by Michael De Guzman's inert screenplay, which simply uses the revenge format as a raison d'etre for the scares and the killings. Like JAWS 3, its immediate predecessor, this film is admittedly watchable. But that is ALL it is.

5-0 out of 5 stars JAWS4 SWEEEET!!!!!
This was AWWWWWWSOME!!!! No wonder it got a PG13 rating, BLOOOD. New invention, SOME FLASHEY THINGEY.That Jaws in this movie looked scarier than Jaws 1, 2 and ,3! New place, BAHAMAHS BABY!! keep shopping!

1-0 out of 5 stars Best Michael Caine comment
Cheesy schlock that, like the other sequels, buys into the horror cliches that Spielberg so brilliantly subverted for the first movie (does not the scene in the origninal Jaws where a child and a dog get eaten by the monster in broad daylight at a crowded beach right in front of the hero break every horror movie rule?).

However, it did produce one great moment. When asked by an interviewer about this movie, Michael Caine said, "I have not seen the film, but I hear it is terrible. However, I have seen the house that it paid for, and it is superb."

1-0 out of 5 stars Amazing, simply amazing.........
....amazing that the great Michael Caine would associate himself with such a dreadful movie. This is among the worst movies I've ever seen.

1-0 out of 5 stars Please do not buy this movie
Let me start off by saying sorrying if my spelling is incorrect and oh yah this is the most terrible jaws movie I have ever seen and it is a disgrace to the first movie and how dare the women who played Brodys wife could ever sign a contract wanting to be in this movie. Second of all throughout the whole movie the shark is "supposibly" trying to track down the Brody family and trying to eat every one of them like it did to one of Brodys sons in the first scence of the movie. And throughout the whole movie Brodys wife some how has some sort of psychic ability to know if the shark is close or something bad is happening that has to do with the shark its a know doubt one 100% quality corny movie. And another thing when they are killing the shark the shark is making loud moaning noises which really goes to how how much the director knows (hey a little hint sharks don't have voice boxes so they cant make any type of noise what so ever). The movie is terrible so please I beg the people who read this review please and i mean please dont buy this movie it is a huge disapointment to all you shark movie fans because I am a shark movie fan myself but in final words don't by the movie ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Wonderful. History comes alive! Great entertainment.
This is great entertainment and great historical drama. It is based upon actual cables between Washington, London, and Moscow during the Second World War, and deals almost exclusively with the relationship between the leaders of these countries throughout the war. Franklin Roosevelt (played by John Lithgow), Winston Churchill (Bob Hoskins) and Josef Stalin (Michael Caine) spring to life as real but imperfect people who nevertheless are great leaders fighting a great war. Incidentally, the film focuses almost solely on the European war--the war against Japan is largely in the background, which has the effect of causing the film to somewhat diminish America's contribution to the war. This is a minor quibble, however. This is a wonderful film.

The miniseries does a wonderful job of juxtaposing dialog between the great war leaders with actual footage of combat scenes from the war. It tells a great story in a highly entertaining fashion, and does a splendid job of showing the viewer some of the problems, controversies, and arguments between the allied powers while the three leaders struggled to hold together the greatest coalition of nations in history.

The striking thing about this film is that it never deviates from its theme--to tell the story of the allied war leaders and the problems they faced. No bogus "love interest" material--this is historical drama with emphasis on the "historical." In fact, only a few actors in this film even have speaking parts--Roosevelt, Churchill, Stalin, Molotov, and Henry Hopkins are the only ones I can recall.

The acting is very fine. I thought Lithgow did a great job as Roosevelt--although he looks and speaks differently than FDR did, he nevertheless pulled it off very well in my opinion. Bob Hoskins was quite literally perfect as Churchill, and as far as I am concerned is virtually indistinguishable from him. Michael Caine was taller and better-looking than Stalin ever was, but nevertheless did a great job in the role. Ed Begley Jr. did well playing Henry Hopkins, although since I have never even seen a photo of the real Hopkins I have no idea if he were true-to-life. Ditto Jan Triska as Molotov.

Wonderful historical drama that will draw and retain the interest of viewers interested in World War 2.

5-0 out of 5 stars Excellant!, I only wish there was a part 3!
There is only one complaint I could possibly make about this, and that's that there isn't a third part. It shows how the big three came together and related to one another and how they eventually fell apart leading to the beginnings of the cold war. In short you don't want it to end!

This is excellant, it deserves 10 stars!
The three leads play their roles brilliantly and there are also some great lines, such as Stalin's comments to Molotov just before D-Day, and his response to Churchill during the Battle Of The Bulge.

No-one who is interested in history can do without this.

5-0 out of 5 stars Nothing like it that I have yet seen...
... but maybe that's because I haven't seen alot of war films. The premise of this take on World War 2, justifiably a rich subject for filmakers, is that the script is from (get this) REAL conversations and communications that *actually* took place between the allied powers (gasp!) You may think that this entertaining and profound concept fails because it may appear overpolitical and stilted, or, even worse, go over the heads of the audience. To my surprise and delight, neither occur! The bare fact of the matter is that this movie has a drama and a pace to it that rises to the level of the stimulation of the intellect it raises. And this is to not even mention the acting, all of which is nearly flawless and top notch. I mean when you have Lithgow, Hoskins and Caine doing FDR, Churchill and Stalin, you can't complain. For my money, this movie is one of the very few I have seen that actually doesn't overglamorize or underscore the reality of the history it portrays. It displays with great care and exactness the complexity of the alliance between the three men already mentioned and the countries whose interests they acted in. There does not seem to me to be a better film that works as both entertainment and history lesson in the same instance. There is something here to be learned by everyone, and everyone will indeed come away from this film with newer and deeper knowledge of the courageous yet numbing conflict that was the second world war. Now how many movies can you say that about? If you want a slick action flick with your history, go rent Pearl Harbor; but it is the quiet pack of original and inspired films like these that should be getting the multi-million box office grosses. Highly recommended.

5-0 out of 5 stars Excellent Resource
Actual substance with great acting and authentic portrayals. I have used it with both middle school and high school kids and while it may not be Hollywood's junk food fare, it is very good for helping teens and adults experience this climactic time in world history. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

5-0 out of 5 stars Historically accurate and it brings the events to life
While the younger crowd may not like it and think that there is "too much talking", more mature audiences will appreciate this movie. It is historically accurate and very entertaining. The performances by the three major players and supporting cast is outstanding. It gives an extremely good overview of the events of the day and is a great beginning to dig in deeper.

A definate must have for history classes covering the subject. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Between the politics and love
This a nicely made movie based on the life of Arturo Sandoval, a Cuban (-American) jazz musician. Between his love for jazz and for his wife the great musician is stuck between international politics.

Great Jazz performances (including Dizzy G.) and beautiful photography, Andy Garcia is being a great actor that he is shows a great performance in this movie.

Little bit of propaganda has slided in but the good music makes it possible to stay blind to that aspect.

4-0 out of 5 stars Entertaining, enlightening drama!
Entertaining, enlightening drama! This artistic production (originally an HBO tele-film) presents a touching love story shown against a colorful visual backdrop set to vibrant music. Great acting! I was an admirer of Andy Garcia's talents prior to viewing this piece, which has only increased my appreciation of his abilities (he is also executive producer). Mr.Garcia's love for Cuba and passion for music (jazz) are present throughout as the story, which is predictable (and told in flashbacks) unfolds. The viewer senses the rising frustration of musician Arturo Sandoval (Garcia) at the conflict presented by his human need to freely express his love (music),which is increasingly blocked by the repressive political regime in power, without losing his lover (who becomes his wife) and son. As political developments occur (which are depicted through newsclips viewed by characters), he sadly concludes that he must leave his native Cuba. Mia Maestro as Mrs. Sandoval, a Cuban supporter of the Castro regime at the beginning (a government employee, in fact) similarly experiences an emotional journey which eventually leads her to realize she must follow her husband (and her heart) by agreeing to defect with him. The complications of carrying out this effort provide the essence of the story. Charles Dutton, as Dizzy Gillespie, plays a colorful character who has a pivotal part as the plot unfolds; Gloria Estefan also appears. The story is more poignant because we know that it is a biography, and that Mr. and Mrs. Sandoval provided technical advice. Thank you to Mr. Garcia and to Mr. Sandoval for giving us this story! The sharp technical quality of the DVD format enhances the colorful recreation of 1970's Havanna (the production was actually shot in Puerto Rico and Miami); the edition also includes interviews with cast members.

5-0 out of 5 stars An amazing story, incredible music
This movie has all it needs to make it worthy of a spot in your video library. Wonderful characterizations by gifted artists, beautiful staging and scenery, a fabulous soundtrack, and a story that made me wonder, "What do I hold so fundamental that I would be willing to risk everything to keep it?" After renting the video, I recommended it to a jazz-music-loving friend, who, in turn, bought me the DVD for my birthday (knowing he can borrow it!). Watching it again motivated me to splurge on tickets to Arturo Sandoval when he came to our area, which was the best night of music I have ever heard. Each time I watch this movie, the story and the music move me. You will not be disappointed.

5-0 out of 5 stars Escape to Freedom
FOR LOVE OR COUNTRY is based on the true story of Arturo Sandoval who finally cooperates with the Cuban government and even joins the communist party in order to have the freedom to travel internationally. He was living in a country where there was no respect for human rights, let alone freedom of expression in music.

Arturo Sandoval is one of the most brilliant musicians of our time and is known as a protégé of the great Dizzy Gillespie. He was born in Artemisa on November 6, 1949. Artemisa is a small town on the outskirts of Havana, Cuba.

He realized he was a trumpet player when he was eleven. He began studying classical trumpet at the age of twelve. He is now known as one of the world's most acknowledged guardians of jazz trumpet and flugelhorn. As a Professor, Sandoval has lectured internationally.

Filled with a virtuoso capability, he had an intense desire to share his musical gift with those who share the same love for music. Arturo Sandoval appears on the tracks "Moonglow" and "That Old Feeling" in Rod Stewart's release "It Had to Be You: The Great American Songbook." His diverse style can be heard on albums like Gloria Estefan's "Into the Light." He also has made a contribution on albums by Johnny Mathis, Frank Sinatra and Paul Anka.

This movie emphasizes his virtuoso technical ability and his specialty in high notes. He also is shown playing the piano and is known for lyrically improvising a ballad. He also had the privilege of creating and performing the score for this movie. The story of his own life. He explains:

"When the idea for the movie came up, I was happy to be able to tell my story, but even happier to write the film score," he says. "Music for movies has been my life's passion, and this was my first and biggest step in that direction........."

In the movie, Arturo (Cuban-American actor Andy García) is thinking about defecting when he meets Marianela (Mia Maestro). She becomes more important to him than freedom. Their beliefs are on the opposite sides of the political spectrum and yet their love binds them to one another as they try to overlook their political differences.

Marianela represents family loyalty and the way people who live in Cuba really think. It shows how Marianela goes from being completely loyal to a dictator to having her eyes opened to the reality of the situation. She falls completely in love with this talented musician but fears he may leave her like her first husband. Arturo has also been married before and while he is willing to spend his entire life with Marianela, she has her doubts and issues with trust. She has been betrayed by the government she supported.

"What I feel about you. I've never felt it before ... I don't trust it." -Marianela

This movie is at times so romantic. Especially the scene where Marianela and Arturo are dancing and when she wakes him up after he spends the night sleeping on a grave. The scene overlooking the ocean is so pristine.

After performing with the Cuban Orchestra of Modern Music, he was allowed to start a group called Irakere that promoted a combination of Cuban music and jazz. In 1981 he then leaves Irakere to form his own band.

He believes he has a gift to give the world and is fighting a force that threatened to drown his true love, music.

After living with his wife in Cuba and starting a family, he decides it is time to leave. He believes that by defecting to the United States he is rejecting a system that kills confidence and personality. Rejecting a government that controls everything to the point that people lose their desire to achieve.

The government finally tries to control Sandoval's music and his dream for greater artistic expression. While on a European tour, he leaves for a secret meeting at the U.S. Embassy.

Sandoval was granted political asylum in July 1990. Since his defection, Sandoval has increased his classical performances world wide including performances with the National Symphony, L.A. Philharmonic, National Symphony of Washington D.C. and Pittsburgh Symphony.

"This was such a blessing for me. I thank God everyday for being here in this wonderful country and sharing my music. This experience has been very rewarding. I hope that our modest musical contribution here today shows we stand united and strong and that we are America the Beautiful." ~Arturo Sandoval speaking of his opportunity to share his music at the White House

Even Arturo says he would like to go back to visit his homeland, but under a different government.

"Flight to Freedom" was his first recording immediately following his defection.

An emotional movie about the desire to use your God-given talents without repression from those who don't see beauty in the soul. This movie really is about having a dream and finding your true purpose in life. This is a movie about beauty and sadness with a happy ending.

Life is truly a dream for those who are free and yet at times even if you are free, you can feel that you are in a prison of yourself. There are times when a person feels they have so much to give and they can't find an outlet for their gift to the world. In such a case a person can at times risk everything for the freedom of expression and the freedom to grow as a person, as a soul.

If you never follow your dreams, you might not be really free.

A movie about Romance and Freedom everyone should see! Especially romantics and those who love Jazz.
