5-0 out of 5 stars An AMAZING feat for Roper!
This movie was simply ASTONISHING! I've never seen special effects like this film, this SUPERB, Academy Award winning film had! Parker had the best lines, including my favorite line, "son of a...," then with a loud "HAI" noise, and then "wanna dance?" while holding a gun. I must admit, I've never seen such a wonderful film! It is a classic and should be owned by every American family. I highly suggest you buy this movie-making history in the process! I expect to see "Parker" back in the future as a Vin Deisel type character!!

5-0 out of 5 stars LIVE WIRE RULES!!!!
This was THE best movie i saw over the summer...possibly the best ive ever seen. Brian Genese is THE action hero of the new millenia and i wouldnt be surprised to see him in more action thrillers such as this! Roper gives Genese (PARKER FBI!!!!) the best catch phrases, and has a well developed script! Joe Lara (with a hair-cut that gives him a "Jesus-like" appearance) is one hell of a villain and a great nemesis to PARKER! Mr. Itai Haber does an excellent job with the musical composures!! I recommend this movie for EVERYONE who wants ACTION!!! If you dont buy it, it truly would be....a BIG MISTAKE! DON'T GET ... AND DONT GO BLOWIN' IT! LIVE WIRE RULES! :)

5-0 out of 5 stars Excellent
Mr. Roper did a fantastic job!All characters developed beutifully. A great story line. Moved very fast, each scene, each line important with no filler just to make the characters talk or move. No senseless violence. Joe Lara as Price was the first villain I'd seen him play and he was deliciously scary.Kudos to Mr. Roper for superb direction. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Orion's Key
Suspenseful, gripping film that has interesting twists avoiding cliche. A bit unique for a movie that has little promotional presence and therefore a pleasant surprise. Similar to a good book on the same topic. It seems to have some budget aspects but has a good (even plausible) story and is well presented with thought provoking elements. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Truly remarkable!
This could possibly be the best terrible movie ever. The acting is... stunning, the plot and writing are laughable, and the props... oh my, the props... Imagine, for a moment, the glory of special forces riding around a lake in neon jet skis shooting fireworks off them. Apparently they were using the Las Vegas camouflage scheme. This movie was good for many a hearty laugh, and I'm disappointed that it's not for sale as a DVD.

3-0 out of 5 stars fair
Slow moving.Liked Kraft as a villain. Had humor but could've been more vicious.Frank Zagorino stiff as usual and not a character worth rooting for. Very scary to think how easy it is to get one's hands on a missle. ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars CORNIEST MOVIE EVER!!!
The action scenes in this movie were horrible. The music is a joke. DO NOT BUY THIS. The special effects were the worst i have ever seen in my life. And the ending...no comment on that one, just bad. This makes the real delta forces look like losers.

5-0 out of 5 stars The Delta Force saves New York City!
This film has become one of my favorites of all time! The action in this movie is virutally non-stop and Delta team characters are fun to root for. The Director Mark Roper does an awesome job with a low budget; his battle scenes are more intense and exciting than any Bruce Willis type movie. The soundtrack was also well done as it helped bring more drama to the heroic scenes. The shots of the Statue of Liberty at the end were cool. Overall, if you like patriotic action movies where the good guys kill all the bad guys, then you should buy Operation Delta Force III - Clear Target. Easily the best of the whole series.

5-0 out of 5 stars Super DVD Action

4-0 out of 5 stars Nice kickboxing
Actually, I've only seen the middle part of this movie on HBO. Not sure what the plot is all about but something about searching for a friend who's either missing or dead in Bulgaria. Despite all that, the kickboxing (martial arts?) part of it sure looks good - powerful punches, fancy flying kicks, elbows, etc. I'll be looking out for more descriptions on Gary Daniels movies. ... 1-0 out of 5 stars Terrible...
Not much to say here about this awful DTV flick. The Operation Delta Force series wasn't all that good to begin with, and this movie is an example of that. The story is the worst part of the film and lacks all forms of continuity or depth. The action here is very weak and not all that exciting. The characters couldn't be more boring. Don't see this movie at all.

4-0 out of 5 stars Above average for DTV action
You have to remember that this film isn't competing with the latest John Woo or James Cameron big budget spectacular. It's competing with the loads of shoddy or indifferent direct-to-video movies that come out each year. Among this crowd, Operation Delta Force 4: Deep Fault stands far above them. There is one main reason for this: ENTHUSIASM. The director really seems to be enjoying himself. He keeps the pace up and puts together quite exciting action scenes with rather stylish and varied visuals (lots of low angles, slow mo, tracking shots, etc). And there are a LOT of action scenes in this movie. It runs 96 minutes or so and close to 60 minutes of it is action! One particular scene runs for close to 25 minutes, going from a chalet gunfight to a ski chase to a busy city street explosion and finally to a tank battle! As you might guess, the production values on this one seem a tad higher than most direct-to-video fare. Lots of location shooting, good lighting, and plenty of vehicles. It's not at the level of a big studio of course.

Cons are the uneven acting and the weak, illogical story. I consider the latter to be a bonus in this case, as it makes room for the extreme amount of well-executed action during the film. One final note: The action scenes here are not especially realistic and the tactics they use aren't made too obvious. Go see Proof of Life if you want a highly-convincing depiction of a military-style action. Operation Delta Force 5 actually shows the tactics better than 4, but the action scenes are less entertaining (different director).

Bottomline, if you like action and don't mind slightly lower-budget pictures, then you could do a lot worse than this film.

The DVD is full screen and Dolby 2.0. Picture is very clear and sharp. Colours are reasonably bright. Sound is very loud and active. Not bad at all for a budget disc. ... Read more
