Action packed (B) Movie - worth a look......
What started as child's play turns into high-tech nightmare for two teen-aged kids (David Oliver-"Night of the Creeps", "Short Circut") and (Susan Ursitti-"Teen Wolf") who becomes the victims of a Soviet scheme to steal important U.S. technology. A possible Future awaits the unlucky ones...
This is definotely one of the better post-apocalyptic movies. It shows the world after an ecological catastrophy. Ozone layer is almost gone, survivor cluster in a few cities, and vicious raiders named "Skins" rule the desert. An outlook on one possible future, mutations, government control, etc. The movie deals with people going on a "bus" to a "megapolice" called Neon City. On the way they have to deal with ruined ecology, mutants, "Skins," and each other. Fairly bloody movie for the kids, a thought-provocking flick for adults.

Just wanted to say that I love this movie! But when I bought the 1st tape I notice a couple of important parts were cut out! I can not understand why they were deleted they helped understand to movie. Then I ordered a second tape of Neon City and it had the same parts cut out. I am upset because I paid good money for tape and now I feel I got jibbed. Anyway if you can get the movie uncut you will really like it.
