3-0 out of 5 stars A good film as it was full of action.
unfortunately, as I am writing a review in the 90's it is quite dated but this film was really action packed for it's time! I can't quite relate to the gangster aspect as I live in a quiet part of Bristol, England. - But I should imagine that a lot of people from England can (i.e from Easton or St. Pauls)

5-0 out of 5 stars THIS MOVIE WILL KEEP YOU ON THE EDGE OF YOUR SEAT
IN THE WORDS OF EBERT AND THE LATE GREAT SISKEL, "TWO ENTHUSIASTIC THUMBS UP." BUT SERIOUSLY FOLKS, THIS MOVIE IS ONE FOR THE AGES. ITS ABOUT A WHITE INSURANCE MAN WHO GETS CAUGHT IN THE PROJECTS AFTER DARK AND TRIES TO ESCAPE WITH HIS LIFE STILL IN TACT. WATCH IT AND SEE HOW HE DOES IT. OR DOES HE? I HOPE IT COMES ON VIDEO SOON!!! ... Read more

2-0 out of 5 stars Not worth it
I think these movies were written by 13-year-olds FOR 13-year-olds. I was about that age when this came out and I loved it. It was so cartoonish and I would think "I can't believe they said that". Well, I rented it again all these years later and I could barely sit through it. Who produced this anyway? A killer toy movie? It is very low-budget and boring. Two stars because 6th or 7th graders might like it.

1-0 out of 5 stars SKIP IT
ONE OF THE BADEST FILMS I SAW IS DEMONIC TOYS NO PLOT,REAL ACTRESSES/ACTORS,NO GRAPHIC VIOLENCE OR GORE,NO SUSPENSE OR HORROR,JUST A BORE TO WATCH IT STARS A DEVIL KID POSSESSING TOYS AND KILLING PEOPLE IN A TOY WAREHOUSE...

5-0 out of 5 stars This movie is a real hoot
This movie is complete with bad acting, a bad script, stupid characters, a hilarious cussing Baby Doll, and a robot that shoots laser beams. This is a must see if you have an appreciation for dark comedy.

5-0 out of 5 stars They Want To Play With You...!!!!!!!!
They're cute and cuddly by day, lethal demons by night. Ruthless killing machines come alive for just one purpose...death. And for five adults trapped in an abandoned warehouse, every child's worst nightmare has become a deadly reality...
While on a stakeout, Judith Gray (Tracy Scoggins), a beautiful, tough cop, is trapped inside a warehouse full of toys. But these are no ordinary playthings--they have been awakened to murderous life by a strange child of darkness, "The Kid" (Daniel Cerny). Each toy feeds on blood: Jack-in-the-Box heads straight for the throat; Teddy Bear is not afraid to show its claws; and Baby Doll is truly to die for. Now it's up to Gray and a passing delivery boy, Mark Wayne (Bentley Mitchum), to stop the deadly, DEMONIC TOYS!

5-0 out of 5 stars THEY WANT TO PLAY WITH YOU!!
In this Full Moon shocker,a bunch of little harmless toys become mass murders. When a cop, criminal and a Fast Food Delivery man get slocked in a warehouse for the night. It is not fun.But the warehouse they are in is a Toy warehouse. And all of a sudden these toys become massive killing machines. Now the group of people must survive the night.

This is an OUT OF PRINT MOVIE.BUY IT!

4-0 out of 5 stars goofy movie
this was a good movie for andrew prine.prine is a classic actor, the rest of the actors in this movie are alright.prine of course out acts them in a weird style.the special effects are pretty cheese but good.

3-0 out of 5 stars Eliminators has not much action in the making.
Eliminators (1986)is a not so much action science fiction film that CBS FOX video has realsed on video in 1987 and is just one of those daytime films, the summary is in which John (Patrick Renyolds) is a airplane piolt who crash lands and is rescued by evil scentist Abbott Reeves (Roy Dotrice) who turns him into a universe soldier like android named Mandroid and uses him to take over history, Mandroid decides to flee from Abbott and teams up with Scentist Nora (Denise Crosby) Jungle guide Harry Fontanna (Andrew Prine) and Ninja Chan (Conan Lee) to strike back at him as they begin to invade his labotory fortress. the film is directed by Peter Manoogian (Demonic toys) and Eliminators has not much action, good think that Manoogian didn't make the sequel. 5-0 out of 5 stars The Root Of All Evil...!!!!!!!!
Evil has sprouted in Comet Valley, in the form of some unusual inhabitants: Shooter, Tumbler and Sailor, bloodthirsty plants with a nasty personality. They're persuasive in attracting followers to their cause-an ingenious plan to pollinate and rule the world. Their plot might come to fruit unless a few enlightened humans can find a way to stop them.
Tom Bains (SAM HENNINGS) is a state geologist sent to Comet Valley to investigate a possible meteorite landing from the past. He notices the strange behavior of many of the town's citizens, particularly Doc Roller (BERNARD KATES), a botanist with a chilling theory about the meteorite. Roller believes the fragments that fell from the sky are actually seeds, which are suddenly germinating at an uncontrollable speed.
Bains and Doc team up with Brad Yates (DANE WITHERSPOON), the town's Deputy Sheriff, and Heidi Tucker (ANDREA ROTH), Bains' former sweetheart, in a desperate attempt to stop the attack and free Comet Valley from the SEEDPEOPLE.

4-0 out of 5 stars tree-like alien tries to take over earth
when a creature from outer space resembling a mutant tree craves world domination it does so by turning people into plant monsters (three types the sailor a fly-like creature that acts as a scout, the tumbler a furry plant thing turns into a thorny ball and the shooter a two legged no armed plant beast that takes over peoples minds or turns them into other shooters) and by using the residents of an oterwise quiet town to germinate more plant creatures the only ones who can stop it are a man returning to the town a unbalenced mad scientest a young cop and two teenaged girls

4-0 out of 5 stars Cult Classic!!
If your a horror film buff, see this!

5-0 out of 5 stars Cult Classic
A low budget film produced in the vein of 'Attack of the Killer Tomatoes' - this film is a cult classic horror film. If it had been made by Renee Duchamp, it would have been art. This film should be packaged with its own seeds for home gardening. END ... Read more

3-0 out of 5 stars don't buy it- but if it comes on t.v..........
This is the type of movie few people will like enough to own. For its time (1985), it has great special effects, and the plot at the very least is inventive. A computer geek goes through a 'vortex', and has to save his girlfriend from the enemy. The enemy makes him go through about six different situations, and the nerd has to think his way out of it (with the help of his computer, of course).

This movie is not to be taken seriously in any way, shape or form. Serious film seekers stay away at ALL costs!! This film is a time- killer, plain and simple. A rainy day, nothing better to do kind of movie. In that context, this is a four star movie.

This is the type of movie you watch just for the expierence of watching it. I forewarn you; at times the dialouge is total cheese, but if you like (a) science fiction or (b) to watch strange films about 10 people have seen before (or a mix of both) either rent it or watch it on t.v. Who knows, you may be one of the few who wants to own it!

5-0 out of 5 stars BLACKIE LAWLESS!!
The guy on the cover looks a lot like the lead singer from the worlds greatest metal band, W.A.S.P. That's because it's him!! That's right, Blackie Lawless and the rest of W.A.S.P. make a cameo appearance as Satan's rock band. Sort of the official "house band" of Hades!! Cool Stuff / Corny Movie!! GREAT!! ... Read more
