The original title of this film is "A Serious Shock! Yes Madam!" which is a non-connected sequel (which means you don't have to see the first one to enjoy this one) to "Yes Madam," and stars HK greats Moon Lee, Cynthia Khan & Yukari Oshima. This is the only film where Moon Lee ever played the villain and she does an excellent job!

The plot: Moon & Cynthia are cops who are also best friends until Moon goes a crazy when Cynthia marries an old flame of hers. She goes on a murder rampage and sets up Cynthia who turns to a local gangster (Yukari Oshima) for help.
