Light years before political correctness--1983 to be exact--or his comeback in tame Disney comedies, Eddie Murphy was a charismatic, wonderfully offensive, egocentric 22-year-old black comedian known for crude celebrity impersonations and often shockingly frank diatribes on racial and sexual politics. Dressed in a skin-tight red leather suit and delivering endless streams of obscenities faster than Richard Pryor ever did, Murphy is captured in this raunchy HBO special (a filmed document of his Grammy-winning album, Eddie Murphy, Comedian) at his confident, swaggering, comedic peak--a posture that soon disappeared after a string of bland Hollywood comedies. Here, however, his energy and sheer virtuosity command complete control over the audience for 107 minutes, whether he's mocking personalities like Elvis, James Brown, and Stevie Wonder, or spinning long, gag-filled personal anecdotes about the ice-cream man or dysfunctional family barbecues. There's no apologizing for the immature stereotyping, blatant homophobia, and sexism (though Murphy did so several years later) that surface during the routine. But, then again, unlike his much nastier, one-sided concert film, Raw, no topic here is safe from Murphy's uproarious tongue-lashings--including the comedian himself. --Dave McCoy ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars "And then he said, 'Gooney Google'!"
That's a line from this stand-up act, when Eddie described a person who tries to recite one of his jokes but messes it up. So I won't try to do that, okay? Now, although "Raw" is my favorite one, "Delirious" is a completely flawless stand-up act from Ed. His impressions of Clint Eastwood and Mr. T are very funny, and I loved his portrayal of his mom with the "boomerang" shoe. The most outrageous moments came when he described his dysfunctional family barbecue and the joy of hearing the ice cream truck coming as a kid. Not only is Ed's delivery good and his jokes hilarious, but he even has fun with the audience as he borrows a member's camera to take pictures of the theatre. That shows that he has good showmanship. Get this film now, and while you're at it, get "Raw" also. Both are hard to find, this one being the hardest.

5-0 out of 5 stars ICE CREAM MAN!!!!!
My dad used to recite lines from this a LONG time ago, when I was about 10. He said once I was 14 he'd let me watch it. I LOVE MY DAD! I watched it and now...umpteen years later...I'm still reciting the lines. My whole family gets in on it. "Now that's a fire!" I recommend this to EVERYONE! I wish it was available more at video rental places so these people can see just how hilarious Eddie really is! This is the best stand-up I've ever seen...or heard. Nothing is more memorable than this! Trust me...you'll be reciting it for years!

5-0 out of 5 stars Favorite Cartoon
Why aren't these cartoons on DVD yet? If you too love the Animaniacs, go here to help us get them put out on DVD.

5-0 out of 5 stars Insightful (and Inciteful) Satire
With the Pinky and the Brain cartoons, Spielberg productions found the root cause of the Warner Bros. classic animation success: a good story that appeals to adults will win over children. I have had the good fortune to watch my son appreciate more about these cartoons over the years, and, when he's ready to vote, I'll be sure to get him to watch "Meet John Brain" again--a clearer explanation of the electoral process than anyone ever got from "Schoolhouse Rock." ;) Now, if only Warner Home Video would release P&tB on DVD . . . .

5-0 out of 5 stars A MUST for Pinky & The Brain Fans!
This video contains a few of the funniest toons featuring Pinky & The Brain, and of course, The Brain is up to his usual scheming to take over the world. Cartoons on this video: "Puppet Rulers"--Pinky & The Brain become pop culture icons on a childrens' puppet show, only to abandon the show at the height of its popularity, sending their viewers into therapy. "Win Big"--a classic toon spoof of "Jeopardy!" Even The Brain is no match for Alex Trebek's smugness! In "Battle for the Planet," they spoof the radio version of "War of the Worlds," and darn near convince their listeners that the earth is really being invaded, and of course, the plan backfires and the show ends up being a comedy smash instead of a power coup. In "Meet John Brain," The Brain runs for president, and it's not until he's rating high in popularity polls that anyone notices he's a mouse. For anyone who couldn't stomach Billy Ray Cyrus, then the last toon "Bubba Bo Bob Brain" will have your side splitting. Brain tries to take over the world by combining country music and subliminal messages! Watch for the caricatures of Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton... Guaranteed to make you laugh good 'n hard -- NARF!

5-0 out of 5 stars Yes, I WILL buy this video.

5-0 out of 5 stars A Landmark in Animated Christmas Videos
The test of a truly extraordinary production, long or short, is its ability to evoke a broad range of human emotions, and that is exactly what "A Pinky and the Brain Christmas" does. From the opening scene, in which Pinky gleefully sings "Deck the Halls" while sliding down a decorative Christmas ribbon, to the ending, when they exchange gifts, our little mouse friends take us on an emotional journey. We laugh hysterically as they are flown to the North Pole by a character strangely similar to "Large Marge" in "Pee Wee's Big Adventure". Later, we are captivated by Brain's brilliant pitch and Pinky's familiar, delightful giggle, as they interview to become new elves in Santa's workshop. Then, in the the end, when Brain exasperatedly begins to read Pinky's selfless, innocent letter to Santa, we are moved to tears right along with him.
In many ways, this episode is like any other charming, thought-provoking "Pinky and the Brain" offering; Brain conceives a brilliant plot to take over the world and Pinky laughingly assists him along the way, sometimes for better and sometimes times for worse. This time, however, Brain's plan "fails" by his own choice.
It is Pinky's innocence and loyalty to his friend that make this episode such special and touching Christmas fare. Watch it and you are guaranteed to fall in love with these little "rodents", if you haven't already.

5-0 out of 5 stars For any Pinky and the Brain fanatic!
A touching story that involves the mice actually coming closer and realizing what's really important as they try to take over the world. I can see why it won an Emmy! Great video! A must see! ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Best video ever!
My 19 month old son stops for nothing...except this video. He was mesmerized from the first time he saw it, and he begs to watch it at least once a day. We have other videos that we've borrowed, but he doesn't even act like they're on. Old MacDonald's Farm is great! Kids, songs, animals, dancing...it's got it all! I highly recommend this to anyone with kids!

5-0 out of 5 stars * Magical *
I got this music video for my son who is 2 years and 10 months. He loves going to the farm and looking at farm animals. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. Christmas morning my son opened his present and demanded to watched it right away. He could not stop. He absolutly loves it and gets very excited every time he watches it. It truly brings the magic of going to the farm. I love to watch my little one when he watches his video and see how his eyes glow of delight.

Highly Recommended! My 18 month old daughter just loves this DVD. Lots of good music, dancing and fun. A must have for any children's dvd collection.

5-0 out of 5 stars A winner!
My 1 year old twins generally need to watch a new video at least twice before they like it but they were enthralled by this video from the beginning. Perhaps it is because they were already familiar with some of the songs, and perhaps it is also because they see lots of children singing in the video. Whatever the reasons, my girls really enjoy this video, and personally I think it is great too, and very suitable for the little ones. I highly recommend this video to anyone with infants and young children.

1-0 out of 5 stars far from realistic, you'll miss nothing by passing this by
We purchased this video (not our first Kidsongs vid) for our two-year-old and we are very disappointed. It is an extremely inaccurate, ethnocentric view of the world. India, Russia and the Far East are missing from this not-so-global-view and the Italian-messy-spaghetti segment is, at best, insensitive.
And although the Spanish song and the Japanese song are each sung in their original language, the other songs are all in English. We were hoping (expecting really) to hear a variety of languages. After all, it's not titled "I'd like to teach the world to sing in English." Though, perhaps it should be. Additionally, the choice of songs leaves a lot to be desired. Could they find no better song to represent Jamaica than "Day-O?" It's not even a Jamaican song!
But perhaps worst of all is that they referred to Africa as a country and not as the continent with various, diverse countries that it is. Finally, if African colonialism and religious oppression had a theme song, it would be "Kumbaya!" Yet this is the "African" song that the kids sing.
Yes, yes, it's a childrens' video and it's supposed to be light and fun and entertaining. But with a little more effort, it could have also been accurate and educational. We would have gladly paid another couple of dollars for something better.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Video
This video is my 16 mo. old daughter's favorite. She watches and dances throughout the whole video. I don't care for the spaghetti segment like the other viewers, but the rest of the songs are very nice. My baby's favorites are "Frere Jacques" and "Kumbaya" The songs are great!

5-0 out of 5 stars Best of the Kidsongs series
My daughter (not 18-months old) got this video when she was 12 months old. She loves it and even now watches it atleast once or twice a week. She hums/sings along with many of the songs and especially loves "sakura". We think this is the best video of the Kidsongs series

5-0 out of 5 stars My daughters like it and so do I!
We bought this video years ago for my now 7-year old daughter. It's a favorite right now for my 20-month old. She sings and dances along... and sometimes gets the rest of us going, too! The kids who perform are quite talented and it's the type of video I think is good for kids to watch if they're in front of a t.v. I agree with another reviewer who didn't care for the spaghetti song, otherwise it's a great video. We have "Boppin' with the Biggles" and like that one, too.

4-0 out of 5 stars Not one of the best, but still very good
I've seen and purchased several Kidsongs video's. The video starts off with the kids singing "We have the whole world in our hands". I love the idea of "Mr. World" taking the kids to different places, and teaching kids there is no difference in people that have different skin color. There's is only one piece that I really don't like, and that is when "Mr. World" takes the kids to Italy. "Mr. World" slams spagetti into the sauce pan, then takes the pan and spagetti and drops handfuls of noodles onto the kids heads. The rest is very good. Great singing and entertainment that keeps my 18 month old watching for the entire 30 minutes. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Classic Animaniacs
The cartoons on this "Animaniacs" compilation all come from the first and best year on Fox, when the gang at Warner Bros. TV Animation were at their peak in terms of writing and visual invention. These particular cartoons were all written by John P. McCann, a specialist in finding the fun in "spooky" subject matter (and like most of the best Animaniacs writers, a gifted sketch comic). Within the general theme, this collection has a lot of variety, including two welcome contributions from the cat-dog team of Rita and Runt. Here's a cartoon-by-cartoon evaluation: "Draculee Draculaa" - one of the first Animaniacs cartoons to be recorded and animated, this cartoon shows just how quickly the show hit its stride; the TMS animation isn't as slick as it would later become, but the Warner sibs' trademark combination of innocence and knowingness is here, as are plenty of good one-liners and visual flourishes. Dan Castellanetta guest-stars as Dracula. "Phranken-Runt" - perhaps the best Rita and Runt cartoon; it's very funny, beautifully animated by TMS, and the Rocky Horror-esque songs contribute to the story rather than slowing it down. Mr. Squeak, the large but uncoordinated mouse, is the scene-stealer here. The late Richard Stone comes through with one of his finest background scores. "Meatballs Or Consequences" - One of McCann's best and most quotable scripts, replete with satirical knocks at Ingmar Bergman movies, bureaucratic red tape, and (ahem) Steven Spielberg. "Scare Happy Slappy" - a good, standard Slappy Squirrel cartoon, with plenty of pointless violence and meta-humor. The sadly defunct StarToons provides excellent animation, particularly on the hapless Walter Wolf. "Witch One" - a short Rita and Runt, nothing spectacular but with some funny "Beauty and the Beast" song parodies. "Hot, Bothered and Bedeviled" - The Warners meet Satan. Animaniacs at its best and least kid-friendly, with many unforgettable moments -- inlcuding Satan's idea of an agony that is worse than all others. No bonus material here, and some of the closing credits are inaccurate, but for 50+ minutes of pure "Animaniacs" entertainment, this tape is a sound investment.

Those pesky little critters and friends take you on a ride through some of the most hilarious machs on infamous ghosts and ghouls including Dracula, Frankenstein, The Grim Reaper (Who it turns out is actually Swedish), The Salem Witch Trials, and even the Devil himself. 5-0 out of 5 stars Great for Teachers and other educators
Okay yes they do talk fast, but this particular video has a great learning addition: both Wakko's America and Yakko's world is on this tape. Even if they kids don't get all of it, they'll pick up on some of it, and before you know it, maybe they'll recite the state capitals without much trouble.

It is fun, and while not all of the tape is relavent to the classroom, Animaniacs do provide a screen for learning that isn't evidant in many other 'educational' tapes.

3-0 out of 5 stars Schnitzelbank rock's

5-0 out of 5 stars Animaniacs Rocks!
Animaniacs is the best show with the best music! This is my review of every song: "I'm Cute" is a very cute and funny song thanks to Yakko and Wakko getting bored. "Snitchelbank" is very funny when you are seeing the cartoon, the same thing with "Make a Gookie", a parody of "Fealing Grovy". I like how they combinded 2 cartoons to do "Our first day of School" and "Wakko's America". H.M.S. Yakko has a funny story and the songs get better and better near the end. Can you sing "Yakko's World" without the words? I can! "I'm Mad" is a great song to sing along with my sister Nina. The theame song is great and very energetic. All in all, this is great!

4-0 out of 5 stars Schoene Schnitzelbank
V. funny - for 4 year olds, and 34 year olds :) Some cartoon violence (cannons blowing up pirates, etc). The German "Oh du schoene Schnitzelbank" song is v. catchy.

4-0 out of 5 stars Fun but difficult
This is a fun compilation of "Animaniacs" songs. Unfortunately, "Animaniacs" songs are so rapid fire that it's hard to keep up if you know the words, much less if you're trying to follow along with the lyrics on screen. (And I'm a grownup!) ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Still a Classic
My children are nearly 12 years about. She loved the BabySongs and KidSongs videos. Now my two year old is loving the same videos. Always classics - kids love them. And my husband and I sing along too.

5-0 out of 5 stars CANDY MAN !!
Hal Schafer as the candy man is excellent. He puts so much energy into his character. Schafer is a wonderful actor and i am dissapointed that i havent seen him in any other videos!

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Video
This kidsong video is of Kids that show you a variety of different occupations. It really shows the audience (kids of- course!) that you can be just about anything when you grow up. The video goes through occupations like a movie star, teacher, doctor, truck driver, candy man, police officer and fireman.

4-0 out of 5 stars Nanny and Christopher Give Thumbs Up
My three-year-old grandson has watched this video dozens of times since receiving it over a year ago. He loves the songs, including, "Take Me Out to the Ballgame," "Short'n Bread," "Skip to My Lou," and of course, "Old McDonald." The animals are a big hit with him, although I think the cow is actually a bull. The kids are cute, and all races are represented. And, even I am not sick of it, however, I am a Grandmother.

My daughter does not like Kidsongs videos. She says they are a bunch of 80's kids lip-syncing bad songs; and they are too short. My grandson and I disagree. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Favorite Cartoon
Why aren't these cartoons on DVD yet? If you too love the Animaniacs, go here to help us get them put out on DVD... www.petitiononline.com/toon0001/petition.html

1-0 out of 5 stars Please: no more toons, Spielberg!
Someone should tell Steven Spielberg to stick to CGI dinosaurs and glowing turd-like aliens, because Animaniacs was the worst toon from Warner Brothers prior to, Looney Toons: Back in Action.

Grant it, this show is not as bad as Tiny Toon Adventures. The "comedy" on the show is mostly forced, and the actions of the characters are so repetitious they will have you snoring on the couch after a mere fifteen minutes. In almost every one of these cartoons, the Warner Brother and their sister Dot annoy the some political figure, creep, actor, or monster. This involves hitting the unfortunate character with a mallet or dropping a safe on them, ha-ha-ha. Like we haven't seen enough of that on most of the Warner Brother's toons for decades!

And you thought Pinkie and the Brain are repetitive. In short, Anamanics is a lame cartoon that tries to use frantic, aged jokes borrowed from other cartoons in pathetic attempts to humor the viewer. Though it's a toon geared for kids, it features political and media-oriented jokes that only adults are likely to understand (and are unlikely to enjoy).

5-0 out of 5 stars If you only buy one...
If you only buy one Animaniacs video, this should be the one! (note: the TV version of Animaniacs stew is different) In "Slappy Goes Walnuts," Slappy is on a quest to obtain walnuts from Doug the Dog's walnut tree to make some brain food for Skippy. Buttons has his paws full keeping Mindy safe in "Operation: Lollipop." The Warner sibs are magically summoned to Camelot to defeat a dragon in "Sir Yaksalot." "In the Garden of Mindy" finds Brain in Button's place but he still has time to work on his global aspirations. Slappy plays the part of Dot in "Baghdad Cafe" and Brain is nearly replaced when he walks out on a voice-over session in "Yes, Always." This tape is full of classic Animaniacs and is an absolutely faboo must-have. Also included but not listed on the jacket: Mime Time, Dot's Poetry Corner, Randy Beaman's pal (Colin), and "Bumbi's Mom"--another great Slappy/Skippy short.

5-0 out of 5 stars Animaniacs Stew!
This tape contains the Animaniacs Stew ep of the incredibly groovy show Animaniacs. This basically involves the characters being switched around: Slappy and Dot are swapped, Pesto wanders about on Runt's back, Brain has to manage taking over the world *and* watching Mindy at the same time. Bottom line: It's Animaniacs. You should buy it. ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars Not recommended
I was really excited about this video after reading the reviews. But to my and my husbands disappointment, this video was just awful. My 2 year old daughter started handing us the remote after about 10 minutes and we were more than happy to stop it. It's just not very well done. The singing is bad. The dialogue is bad. The actors are even worse. There was nothing that we enjoyed about it at all. Maybe the other Kidsong videos are better but please save your money on this one.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Wind Down Kidsongs for Bedtime
For some reason my daughter 2 1/2 loves all of the kidsongs dvd and finding this one for night time was the best. She watches it as her quiet time and I like the songs too.

4-0 out of 5 stars We definately recommend this video!
We purchased this video 11 years ago for our now 13 year old son.He enjoyed it very much. Now our 20 month old daughter can't get enough of it! She wakes up in the morning asking for the "night night movie". It's also a great way to make the transition from play time to bed time. I'm glad I hung on to this video. I wish I had saved all the Kidsong videos. I'm happy to see they are still available. We highly recommend them.

1-0 out of 5 stars Do not recommend this video
I have the Kidsongs "A day at Old MacDonald's Farm" which is great. This video, however, is very boring and will not hold my 2 year old daughter's attention (or mine). There is very limited action and mostly adults singing boring songs.

5-0 out of 5 stars Perfectly Delightful Childs Night Time Video
Good Night Sleep Tight is one of the finest and simplest videos ever made. It is a perfect occasional replacement for a bedtime story. My daughter, who is now 11, loved it and so does my son. I have recommended this video to others many times and even loaned them my copy; they loved the video too. My copy became lost so I truly wish that it would come back into print so that I can buy it again and show it to my neices and nephews. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Could've Been Better....
This was my first DVD, so initially I was all excited because I didn't know any better. I mean, this had to have been done in a rush. The first season of American Idol had so many wonderful performances and I just don't understand why the makers wanted to be so stingy about supplying us, the fans, with those performances! There is one performance for each finalist except for EJ, AJ, and RJ. There are two performances each for Kelly, Justin, and Nikki. I know Christina Christian didn't make the top three (which she should've) but the DVD would've been much better if there were more performances by her (especially her rendition of Glory Of Love). There are a few group songs that are good, the bonus extras are fine, but the entire thing could've been much better. With the low price, it's still worth buying though.

2-0 out of 5 stars Not highly impressed!
I consider myself to be an avid fan of American Idol. I came across the first season by accident, when I was sitting at home on a Tuesday night, and happened to turn on the tv to FOX. Ryan Star was singing at the time. When I heard that they came out with a DVD on American Idol, I assumed that it would be the ENTIRE SEASON. I was mistaken! Out of the 10 top finalists, you only get to view 5 out of the 10 do at least one solo performance. Kelly and Justin do 3-4, Niki does 2, Tamyra does one, and Christina Richin does 1. The DVD did a lot of recaps and behind the scenes, but still it wasn't enough to be worth while. It's ovious that American Idol is a hit, and the producers should think highly of doing a COMPLETE SEASON set of BOTH the FIRST & SECOND season!!

4-0 out of 5 stars I sure wish I could be on there, don't you all?
I think American Idol is such a cool idea. We all know that we secretly wish we were on there ourselves. So for all of you people judging, think of what it took for all of the singers to get that far. They even inspired me to sing myself, I bought a voice lesson Cd off Amazon- Voice Lessons To Go by Vaccarino, and I am listening to all my favorite artists and singing all the time. A group of my friends got together for Karaoke the other night- cool place- rented the room out, and I promise you I impressed. These singers are awesome. And learning to sing myself is teaching me how hard they really do work.

4-0 out of 5 stars One of my favorite DVDs
In the words of Randy, this DVD, "Did it's thang dawg!" I absolutely loved it. I only have one complaint about it. First, this movie didn't show many of the performances by the singers (they don't show ANY of EJay's and Jim's performance, not even in the extra features). They should have a section of EVERY performance by all of the singers, even in the Top 30.

Overall, this DVD was absolutely amazing. Brain was extremely funny in many sections of the show. I loved that section with the judges (I think it's called "When Judges Attack."). Wonderful!

But there's one more thing, why don't they have Season 2 and Season 3???

1-0 out of 5 stars UGGHHHHH!!!!
First of all, this show sucks in every single way that it is possible for a show to suck. They have run the gamut. You have your reality TV suck-factor (ALL "reality" TV shows are utterly dispicable), your arrogant, pompous, condescending, prissy, whiny, obnoxious, needs-to-just-keel-over-and-die British retard suck-factor (Simon, of course), your cutesy, trendy, demographically appealing American host with perpetually disheveled hair suck-factor (Ryan Seacrest, who I also hate), your long-irrelevant, obsolete, washed-up has-been who suddenly inexplicably feels she has a right to rate others suck-factor (the never-talented Paula Abdul), and of course then there's the contestants, who (whether they can sing or not) invariably pick the most inane, tepid, lame, schlocky, redundant, idiotic, pointless songs you could ever be unfortunate enough to hear on the worst lite-rock station in Kansas. ANYBODY who likes the kind of music they promote on "American Idol" needs to be tossed to the lions, and supposing Hell exists, I cannot imagine a better group of people to condemn to it than the people responsible for this show, which provides us all with a little slice of Hell here on earth. AMERICAN IDOL SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars Not for vital toodlers
My three years old son loves to sing, dance and of course he loves trucks. So I was shure that it will be a great tape for him... Unfortunately - he is not interesting in it at all...
The songs are too slow, too "sweet and girly" without any energy and vigor. The plot isn't interesting, few pictures of planes, balloons or trucks really can't rivet my son attention.
Maybe the way the video was make was good few years ago - today there is nothing to watch....

3-0 out of 5 stars Pleasure for toddlers, Painful for parents
This video is excellent for toddlers, but for parents, it is about as painful to watch as a high school production of Grease. However, it is full of toddler-friendly scenes of children in and around cars, trains, carousels, boats, skates and skateboards, hot air balloons, construction equipment, trucks, planes, and school buses. The copyright date is 1986, which should be apparent from the plaid pants, belted big shirts, lip gloss, sleeveless sweater vests, and hairstyles. Also out of date are the types of vehicles on the road, but young children won't notice. The songs in the video are loosely held together by a very forced "plot" about a multi-ethnic group of children (all of whom call the same woman Mom) out for the day with their wacky Uncle George. They end up chasing their dog through various scenes while lip-sync-ing songs, and nervously looking into and away from the camera like a cat trying to avoid its reflection in a mirror. They encounter a frightening-looking couple out for a romantic time in a rowboat (and later a hot air balloon) who really have no bearing on anything. My son's favorite scene is the one with the hot air balloon, but he also loves the airplane segment with "Into the Wild Blue Yonder," and has memorized the song. Low points in the video (and there are many) include the truly horrible original song lyrics, Uncle George rolling his eyes when the baby in the bus goes "Wah Wah Wah," the attempts by the children to act sad as they sing, "Oh where, oh where has my little dog gone," and the way "Mom" delivers her lines. Still there are worse things you could let your child watch, and it really does have toddler-appeal.....somehow.

5-0 out of 5 stars again, and again and again...
The only problem with this video is that they use a song from the video at the end as well, which endlessly confuses my daughter. For her, that song signals the end of the video, time to ask mom to "wind" it and watch it again. She has yet to determine which is the actual song and which is the "end of tape" song. Oh well, maybe a few thousand more viewings and she'll understand.

5-0 out of 5 stars A Lot of Fun
The video helps children to learn about all different types of travel. It has fun songs that the whole family can dance and sing along too. We have had a lot of friends buy the KidSongs Video series after introducing them to it.

5-0 out of 5 stars Cars, Boats, Trains and Planes - Excellent children's video!
I recommend this video to anyone with children! While in high school, I remember my younger brothers and sister (now 13, 12 and 10) watching it constantly. At the time, I wasn't particularly fond of it, but, since then, things have changed and I now have a son of my own (19 months). On my son's first birthday, my mother found our old tape and gave it to me. My son LOVES it and so do his friends (20-24 months). They watch it from beginning to end and ask for it again. The video features quite a few of my son's favorite things: a dog, choo-choo train, carosel, trucks (including 18-wheelers, fire trucks, etc.), hot air balloons and bikes. Some of the songs that appear on the video are "The Wheels on the Bus", "Row, Row, Row Your Boat", "I Love Trucks", "Off into the Wild Blue Yonder" and many more. My husband and I secretly have a fetish for this video and have to sing along too! BEWARE-Its contagious ... Read more
