FULL OF FUN!!!...
'Hot Under The Collar' is just fun. If your going to see this film for whatever reason, personally I hired it to see Mindy Clarke and I was just in histerics. Mainly because Mindy is SOOOOOO funny- she really has a gift for comedy.So if you just want to laugh, even if it seems silly just go for it- definitely for the lovely mindy Clarke. Who didn't love the scene when Mindy as Monica says in the convent says about ''Who could be more studlier than God?''.

Marginal "Thriller"
This movie purports to be a thriller, but it is really schizophrenic. It has multiple personalities. At the beginning it can't seem to decide whether it's a spoof, or a T&A movie, or a thriller. During the latter three-quarters of the movie it tries hard to be a thriller, but by that time it's too late to redeem itself.

Here's what you need to know about this movie if you are thinking of spending money on it: 1) It's a "B" movie, so there is no big budget, polished script, etc; and 2) Despite a few gratuitous bare-chest scenes, this is NOT a T&A movie either.

This movie does have a couple of things going for it, however. It does have a coherent plot and a surprise ending. The quality of the acting was also pretty darn good for a "B" movie. If the writers and director had stuck with the thriller concept from the beginning and ditched the schizo beginning this would have been a decent thriller. As it is, it ends up being marginal at best.

Now don't get me wrong--I own and appreciate good T&A movies (like Bikini Carwash, for example). In my book though, if a movie starts down that path then it needs to be honest and commit itself to being a good T&A movie. I don't appreciate a few "teaser" scenes to try to spice up a poorly made movie. That just doesn't cut it.

Not worth the time
I was looking
forward to a typical "beautiful lady cops who lose their
clothing a lot" type of film. But somehow, that movie
failed to materialize. Schade.

Descent film, but no cigar
The beauty of the women in this movie is without doubt it's plus, it's makes you forget the averige acting. The storie is nice and has it's up's and down, it's not in every movie that you get to see a "tittycam". Assault of the Party Nerds
Assault of the Party Nerds is the classic example of a 1980's B-movie. Richard Gabi directs and stars in this limited budget movie, which resembles a poor man's, "Revenge of the Nerds". If Richard acted any "cooler" in the film, you'd need a winter weather advisory. Cheesy, yet funny acting makes this one a classic. Gabi and the 3 other members of his fraternity steal the girlfriends from the overdramatic and "queer" jock fraternity. Topless scenes and cheap laughs make it a winner. Also starring B-movie queen Linnea Quigley and Troy Donahue. Also included on the DVD is a bad music video by The Checks, whose song is heard constanly through the movie. This is a cult classic for all B-movie fans.

I'm a big fan of those forgoten 80's comedys. Assualt of the party nerds is one of the best. It's a barrel of laughs, has a hilarious storyline and plenty of beautiful girls. One of the highlights is watching Michelle Bauer she's one of the hottest actresses around. If you like 80's school comedys this is for you. I give it 5/5.

Wimpy, amateurish "Revenge of the Nerds!"
I hated this movie. It's badly acted, badly written, badlyplotted, and cheaply made! Very sleazy as well and this moviedefinetely didn't go to theatres! Linnea Quigley's voice was overdubbed who shouls be ashamed for her perticipation in this! Richard Gabai went on to direct "Virgin High" with most of the cast that is almost as bad. There's also a sequel to this movie, how lame!!!

Pretty funny, for a B-Flick
This is a pretty good movie, almost as funny as Revenge of the Nerds. The four nerds have some pretty funny scenes. Their are some semi-famous people, not really celebrities, but if you're looking at this page, you've probably seen them before: Troy Donahue, Linnea Quigley, Michelle Bauer, and Producer, Writer, and Director Richard Gabai, who also performs the "Rockin' Tunes" with his band, the Checks. The movie should keep you entertained for 82 mins. I haven't seen Assault of the Party Nerds II: The Heavy Petting Detective yet, but I can't wait. ... Read more

A movie for (and apparently made by) little kids.
Too many movie makers these days either don't know or don't care that the modern child is more difficult to entertain than the kid of yesteryear. Like it or not, they are usually exposed to more at an earlier age and they are going to be too savvy for this kind of fluff.

"The Bike Squad" centers around a pre-teen named Ryan. Ryan's dog is stolen by a couple of bumbling dognappers and it's up to him and three of his new friends to get the dog back. As it turns out, dogs are being snatched up at an alarming rate around town and are being sold by the twosome to an evil researcher.

From that description, you can pretty much guess how everything will unfold. The only possible surprise is when the four kids actually break into a research lab like a pint-sized ALF. The rest of the film is the same old tired cliche of kids who are constantly being let down by clueless adults who don't believe them.

The acting is uniformly awful with the exception of Graham Spillman. As the lead child, Braden Parkes is inoffensive but lacking in natural talent. This is one "boy and his dog" movie that you'll wanna smack on the nose with a rolled up newspaper.

Great for kids 11 & under
Saw this movie on showtime a nice story with likable characters for younger viewers, too predictable for the older crowd. Good family film!

Fun family film with cute kids!

it like ol my version of johns old school
this movie is to me what old scjool is to john michael bonczie. its iIS a good GOOD film. now i met chyler leigh at the grocery store (big time celebrity hangout for celebrity). she was nice but she also said she had a brother in the good movie kickboxing academy. they are both good actors and this is a great film. there is humour, action, drama, tragedy, love, action, joking, and interestingh things - including characters. that are SO funny especially tarbeck the villain who once even got a toothbrush STUCK IN HIS MOUTH it was SO FUNNY and it was after he got a prank call in the morning from the kid who is a skateboarder as well as a interesting charactedr who gives the film a lighter heart and in the end saves the day from the bad guy/lawyer by winning a new skatebard which is why he wanted to enter the contest in the first place but he didn't - rather he saved the day instead. in conclusion this movie has EVERYTHING i would watch it as well as the neat soundtrack - but it does have a bit of rough language and violent images of danny after crashing. this may be my favourite movie as well it may someday be yours. watch it with the fammily to bring people together, or curl up with the girlfriend to win her with the movies romance themes, or watch it with guys who crave action! if you like extreme things such as vincent diesel then you'll totally love this movie. its like the mighty ducks except good and it has chyler leigh and IT IS DEFINATELY GOOD!

I DON'T KNOW HOW TO REVIEW THIS
This movie is hilarious. But bad... hilarious.

I found myself bust out laughing at some really weird stuff and I'm not sure if it was intended or not.

This movie will be a perfect candidate for MYSTERY SCIENCE THEATRE 2020. If you love sitting around with friends and making up anecdotes to go along with the movie and laughing at your own jokes, this is a movie to pick up.

I bought it, and I bought it for one reason... CHYLER LEIGH.

She won me over in NOT ANOTHER TEEN MOVIE, and I think she has a bright future ahead. She's a fearless actress who has beauty, innocence and a wild side all rolled into one. I really just wanted to own it for the nostalgia of it, and I'm pleased with owning it, but to be fair....

THE MOVIE gets 1 star, CHYLER gets 5 stars and it equals to an overall 2 stars... okay, so I'm weird.

Hilariously bad
I remember reading about this movie in a recent article on somethingawful.com in list of the "top ten best worst movies of all time." I then saw that it was on one of the movie channels, and decided to see for myself how bad it really was. Well, this movie is just terrible, maybe the worst I have ever seen. But it has some sort of sick, twisted entertainment value to it which is why I gave it 2 stars. I almost feel bad laughing because I'm pretty sure some of the actors in this movie are mildly retarded. If you're looking for something funny to rent, this movie is always in stock. The fight scenes are embarassingly bad, just like the acting and writing. Basically, it's fat ugly white kids running around a screen for 90 minutes flailing around and saying retarded, forced jokes. They also have a guy who looks like Derrick Greene from Sepultura in the fight scene toward the end.

Wanna know the scary part? This was only 10th on somethingawful's best worst list. That means there's 9 movies out there that are worse than this one. Scary huh?

totally radical movie!!!!!!!!!
This movie was totally bodacious! I loved every minute of it. The acting was totally awesome. The best action sequences ever. Sometime the acting was so great and the scenes to emotional that I almost cried. It had a great story. It should have gotten a couple of awards maybe a golden globe or oscar. HEEE---- YAAAAAA!!!! (if you think that i really liked this movie than there is something wrong with you, I have seen porno movies better than this) ... Read more
