4-0 out of 5 stars whooaaa yeahhhh
OH YEAH THIS MOVIE IS THE GOODEST I EVER SEEN! IT IS REALLY MUCH GOODER THAN THE OTHER MOVIES I SEEN IN THIS YEAR. I REALLY LIKE THIS MOVIE BECAUSE IT'S GOOD. I LIKE COREY CAUSE HE ACTS GOODER THEN LEO IN THE TITANIC. AND HE'S HOT TOO...MUCH HOTTIER THEN BEFORE. I LIKED THE OTHER ONE TOO BUT THIS ONE IS GOODER. I THINK YOU ALL SHOULD WATCH THIS MOVIE FOR THE GOOD WAY PEOPLE ACT AND THE GREAT STORY IT TELLS FOR YOU. THE ONLY REASON I DIDN'T GIVE THIS GOOD MOVIE 5 OF THE STARS IS BECAUSE IT WASN'T LONGER. IT COULD HAVE BEEN GOODER IF IT WAS MORE LIKE 3 HOURES AND NOT THE ONLY HOUR AND HALF IT WAS. DOES ANYONE AGREE WITH ME ON THIS ONE? I LIKEED THIS MOVIE FOR THE MESSAGE OF LOVE IT TELLS. EVERYONE SHOULD BE NICER AND GOODER TO EACHOTHER CAUSE ITS' A SHORT MOVIE. I NEVER WATCHED A GOODER MOVIE IN MY LIFE ANED PROBABLY NEVER EVER WILL. THAT ALL.

2-0 out of 5 stars Well, it sure ain't like the first one
Dream a Little Dream was one of my favorite movies from the 80's. It had the Corey's with their great style and chemistry together, it had vintage actors like Jason Robards and Piper Laurie and it had Meredith Salenger (whom I could watch read the phone book for 2 hours and not complain). When I found out there was a SEQUEL I couldn't wait to get my hands on a copy. But, as sequels often are, Dream a Little Dream 2 is a cheap imitation. The story line is a far stretch at best from the original. Magic glasses that allow the wearer to control another persons actions, come on. Robyn Lively takes over as Feldman's love interest (not bad, but she's no Meredith). Stacie Randall takes a turn as both the Coreys' dream girl and makes for pretty good eye candy, but not very convincing as the villan. Robards and Laurie are gone which loses alot of the class of the original. Also, at this point in their careers the Corey's don't have their same flair together as it seems they were starting to outgrow each other and venture out on their own. Not a horrible movie, but not a worthy sequel to an 80's pop classic.

5-0 out of 5 stars dream a little dream rocks
I really enjoyed watching this show growing up because of it's fantasy type storyline. The sequel isn't nearly as good.

1-0 out of 5 stars Squels never ad up
This movie is a disastar compared to the first one, wich is one of my all time favorite movies. I can't believe the same stars (Haim, Feldmen) returned to make such a bad follow up to a great story.

2-0 out of 5 stars Lemmo o Lemmo
Director James Lemmo attempts to make a neat little film about dream worlds, eighty year old couples, and out of body experiences. He fails miserably. Strange dream sequences with sheep and a half naked Jason Robards are the only plusses. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Not as good as PM3, but still well done
A good addition to the Puppet Master series, it attempts to tie up some loose ends and continuing with the theme of the puppets mirroring the mentality of their current master. Some fun sequences, and definitely more characterization of the puppets, but nowhere near as suspenseful as the other films.

4-0 out of 5 stars WHEN BAD PUPPETS TURN GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Blade,Pinhead,Tunnler, and the rest of the puppets go toe-to-toe with thier most sinister enemy yet,a team of evil Totems!
Powered by the same magic as the puppets, these ugly little demons are out for blood and appear impossible to kill. But Andre Toulon, the Puppet Master, has a trick up his sleeve when he helps the puppets create the new puppet to help kill the Totems, the powerful"Decapitron".Who will win the war between good and evil?"

Puppet Master is okay and offers cool special effects!

5-0 out of 5 stars When Bad Puppets Turn Good!!!!!!!!
Blade, Tunneler, Pinhead and the rest of the downsized dynamos go toe-to-toe with their most sinister enemy yet, a team of vicious Totems!
Powered by the same magical force as the puppets, these fearless devils are out for blood and appear impossible to kill. But the Puppet Master Toulon has yet another trick up his sleeve...the amazing "Decapitron." Able to morph his head into any weapon he chooses, this new puppet takes on the Totems and it's a battle to behold!

4-0 out of 5 stars puppets rule over ALL
that was proven in puppet master 4. i just rented this film and must have watched it like 3 or 4 times already. i absolutle loved it. a demon sends evil puppets from hell to kill the new puppet master and the origional puppets tunneler, pin head, blade, jester , and a newer friend 6 shot. and let me tell you the puppets kicked their A**es. you just dont $%@$% with the puppets..lol.this movie i though was as good as part 1. so much fun.

2-0 out of 5 stars Eh.
Back at the Bodega Bay Inn, where the caretaker just happens to be a researcher, trying to piece together a formula to create artificial life. Lucky him, as he finds the puppets and Toulon's secrets. Unfortunitly, a big mean demon from the 4th dimension is also after Tolon's secret and sends demon puppets after all the reasearchers of the artifical life project, and the puppets. Fortunately, the puppets have become good (as opposed to evil) and are squarly on the side of their new master (the caretaker). Silly, boring, confusing. The puppets take a turn toward cute and friendly (Blade even dances!), which is a nice change of pace but not really enough to totally save this one. The new puppet is "Decapitron", with multible heads and a silly concept. Go for it if you a fan of the series, you know youre gonna anyway, all others avoid this one. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars They'll get you in the end once again!
Ghoulies 4 is pretty ghoulish. The ghoulies look very different from the last ghoulies, but there still cool. Theres some nice flash backs, from Ghoulies the first movie. Any fan of the ghoulies movies will enjoy watching Ghoulies 4.

3-0 out of 5 stars Ghoulies can't be better.
This is problary as good as a ghoulie movie can be. Better Ghoulie efects, and the story is ok..but if you gonna see this one,you nearly have to se the other three and..thats not wourth it!

1-0 out of 5 stars Unstable viewers need not apply (or The new Suicide Machine)
When I see mention that this movie is for true fans, it makes me wonder what torment a person should have to endure to be considered worthy of this title. Having been a fan of the prior three ghoulies movies, I didn't think that Ghoulies 4 would rate very much lower on the "likable" scale. Perhaps the budget would change and perhaps the caliber of the already lackluster actors would diminish, but the ghoulies would still be there, right? Wrong! Instead of giving us those pint-sized hellions we've grown to love, the movie instead focuses on the misadventures of two treasure-troll type characters (who, by the way, are as taller than most children) that bumble around and manage one, count them, one, entertaining scene through the entire movie. Why, god, why?
Personally, I didn't care whether the storyline was interesting or not (and it wasn't) because I wanted those cute little miscreants tearing into people instead of these basically good guy (yes, basically good guy) title thieves. What I received from watching this was not an enjoyable experience, but instead was the shaft that managed to devour an hour + of my life.

2-0 out of 5 stars NOT THE BEST!
This movie is not so bad but there is one hug problem.Where are the old Ghoulies from 1,2,and 3?These new ghoulies are plain stupid. If you are a huge fan of the Ghoulies series buy it but if you not a big fan rent it first.I think that the price is not worth it.

2-0 out of 5 stars Where are the ghoulies?
This is NOT a ghoulies film. There are NO old ghoulies, just new ghoulies. And those ghoulies have NOTHING to do with the story. This could have been an 1 hour movie without the ghoulies. But still, good story. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars You must watch this movie 100 times
I admit I've seen this movie more than the average person, but this is no average movie. The bar scene alone rivals such films as: Top Gun, Roadhouse, and The Adventures of Ford Fairlane. Admittedly, not many people have seen any of the Trancers movies, but those who have can appreciate its utter brilliance. Great lines from Tim Thomerson like, "Lady I am tough," and "Your probably just another dizzy b**** from Melrose... Shopping all day," make this flick classic. If you show me someone who doesn't think Jack Deth is the sweetest character alive, I'll show you a fruitcake who's probably better off watching re-runs of The Nanny. If you like Trancers, also check out The Castlefreak

5-0 out of 5 stars Engarde ...
This movie is 100% pure [action.] I used to work in a video store, i know what i'm talking about here. people who rag on the special effects, or the makeup, and all that jazz. what's the point, this was made in 1993, it barely cost anything to make, and it had me laughing the entire time. I mean seriously guys, just the lines Tom Thomerson spouts off are worth the ...this movie costs. i haven't seen trancers 1, 2, 3, or 5, but after seeing this on i want to buy the entire set. and hopefully they're as good. if sequels slowly decline, then 1, 2, and 3 must be awesome!

5-0 out of 5 stars The Best In The Trancers Series!!!!!!!!
Future cop Jack Deth (Tim Thomerson) is back with a gun in his hand, a chip on his shoulder and a sneer on his lips. But this time Jack travels "down the line" for a supernatural showdown with his most cunning enemy yet!
The mystical land of Orpheus has fallen victim to a breed of bloodsucking Trancers who are busily draining the populace dry. And it's here, in the mist-shrouded land of medieval villages and castles, that Jack arrives to do battle! But before he can effectively singe the Trancers, he'll have to win the heart of a beautiful slave girl, take command of an underground rebel army, and defy a wizard's prophecy of his own death. Hey, it's all in a day's work for a world-weary Trancer hunter...

4-0 out of 5 stars THE 4th INSTALLMENT IN THE TRANCERS SERIES!!!!!!
Jack Deth returns meaner and better than ever.Although it can't beat the first three movies and espically PART III but this is okay too.

Jack Deth is a future cop and kicks Trancers butts.Trancers are zombie-like creatures who want world destruction.
But Jack suddenly ends up in an alternate dimension ruled by vampire-like Trancers.

THE BACKGROUND IN THIS MOVIE LOOKS FAMILAR.THAT'S BECAUSE THE VLADILAS CASTLE from the Subspecies series is in the background. So I guess Jack is in Transylvania?

4-0 out of 5 stars Good Flic
Can be seen as a stand-alone or combined with Trancers 5. It has romance, action, continuity, and humour. ... Read more

it's like the Masterminds of 1996 even before Masterminds released in 1997.....this one has a bunch of terroists taking over the school as they swirve in..rebel teen Corey Haim is the one who mostly takes down every single badguy, including the leader played by Jeff Kober(A Man Apart, Tv's Buffy The Vampire Slayer)...not much fun but Haim sure knows how to defend himself...the part where the badguy slides in the room into the tablesaw is highlight

3-0 out of 5 stars An average Corey Movie!
I watched this movie on video because i am a fan of the star of the movie Corey Haim,i must say the movie was a not to bed movie some of the acting was camp and cheesy but Haim normally plays good roles in his movie's and he did in this one.The only problem is that the script loses things like the school only seems to have about 50 students in it and Haim has to take out all the bad guys with some very clever technique's the science lab scene for one is a good one you have to watch it to find out i reccomend it for Corey fans because if you just watch it you might find it terrible because the cast is pretty unknown.

5-0 out of 5 stars The all time one reason I like this movie!
There is a lot of reasons I like this movie. It is a good kids movie and has a lot of mithical things in it. But my all time reason of liking this movie is that Matt Koruba is in it. I am a big fan of his and would love to see him in another movie. I have seen him in the movie "THE STORM OF THE CENTURY" "THE INCREADABLE GENIE" "THE SIZE OF WATERMELONS" "PARTY OF FIVE: GO AWAY" and I want to see him in the new movie "WANTED". I am sorry that I am mostly talking about Koruba but that is the main reason I picked up that movie and watched it. AND I WOULD LOVE TO MEET HIM! But other than Matt it was a great movie. ... 1-0 out of 5 stars B Movies never die
If you are into saturation violence, shoddy acting and female killers The Assault is just what you're looking for. Otherwise forget it. Basically the movie involves a woman who has witnessed a murder and is on the run from a bunch of crooks who want to kill her and finds refuge in a half-way house for women. The crooks catch up with the little lady and the killing begins. Lead by Stacie (Stacie Randall) and Toni (Melissa Braselle, who also has part of writing credits) the group of eight women mow down about 80 or 90 of the goons with the loss of only one of their own. The creeps have as much regard for their own lives as the man-eating plants in Day of the Triffids or the zombies in Night of the Living Dead. Randall and Braselle blow them away like clay pigeons. There is one man in the half-way house (Matt McCoy) who entertains a schmaltzy love interest in Randall, but for as charmless and non-contributing as he is, his part would have been best served by a pet house cat. A particularly amusing point is that with all the scum bags the girls gun down, whenever there is a scene outside the house, there isn't a stiff in sight! There ought to at least be an acre of them stacked neck high. Sorry to say there are people who enjoy movies like this, and I unfortunately, am one of them. I fell in love with Melissa Brasselle and am chomping at the bit to see more of her movies. I only hope they're as good as this one ---- OK! ... Read more
